Originally from South Africa, Jo-anne holds a B.B.A. and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Georgia. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant by the State of Georgia and a licensed Certified Valuation Analyst by the National Association of Valuators and Analysts. Jo-anne has worked in public accounting for over 23 years and specializes in taxation. She has significant experience with retirement tax planning as well as assisting clients with planning around life changes and investment income. Jo-anne has ample tax experience with a broad emphasis with individuals, medical professionals, construction companies, small businesses, and trusts. Jo-anne is married with twin girls and enjoys going to their swim meets and spending time with friends. Jo-anne also enjoys writing and sending greeting cards, and lives by the quote, “Words Matter.”
